The Araceli Aid Foundation’s Obeagu Borehole Drilling Project is a critical initiative that will provide clean, safe water to the residents of the Obeagu community. This project will have a transformative impact, improve their health, save them time and money.
The Obeagu Awkunanaw community in Enugu State, Nigeria, does not have enough access to clean water. As a result, residents must walk long distances to collect water from these few water sources available to them and often time spend so much resources in order to purchase clean water
The target audience for this project is the recipients residents within the Obeagu Awkunanaw community in Enugu State, Nigeria.
The solution to this problem is to drill new boreholes within the community at strategic and accessible points that will provide clean and safe water for the residents of the area. These boreholes will be capable of producing 10,000 liters of water per day. The water will be tested to meet all safety standards.
The impact of this project will be significant. The new boreholes will provide clean water for the residents of the Obeagu, Awkunanaw community. This will improve the health of residents and will save them time and money.
